Zeev Suraski is a co-founder of Zend Technologies and leading contributor of PHP. Zeev spearheaded the PHP 4 project, and developed some of the principal extensions of PHP. Zeev was in charge of Zend's R&D team between 2000 and 2005. Today Zeev leads the definition of Zend's commercial products, and works with key customers on large scale and advanced PHP-based deployments. Zeev also works with key partners in the European market to proliferate PHP in enterprise.

Sebastian Bergmann

Sebastian Bergmann is a long-time contributor to various PHP projects, including PHP itself. He is the developer of PHPUnit and offers consulting, training, and coaching services to help enterprises improve the quality assurance process for their PHP-based software projects. Sebastian also works for eZ Systems AS on the Workflow Engine for the eZ Components. In his free time, Sebastian likes to hack on Open Source software and to take photographs, preferably while travelling the world.

Ivo Jansch

Ivo Jansch is CTO of Ibuildings, a UK and Netherlands based company that offers development services, training and consultancy on PHP throughout Europe. Ibuildings is the official Zend partner in the UK and The Netherlands. Ivo often delivers consultancy and training on behalf of Zend and is currently writing a book on 'Enterprise PHP' for php architect. He is an active blogger in the PHP community, and the author of the PHP business framework 'ATK'.

Fabien Potencier

Fabien Potencier is a serial entrepreneur. Since he was ten, he always dreamed of creating and running companies. He started his career with an engineering degree from the French business school Ecole des Mines and an MBA in entrepreneurship from HEC Paris. In 1998, right after graduation, Fabien founded his very first company with a fellow student. The company was a web agency focused on simplicity and open source technologies, and was called Sensio. His acute technical knowledge and his endless curiosity won him the confidence of many French big corporate companies. Fabien is the main developer of the symfony framework and is responsible for 95% of its code. Today, Fabien’s spends most of his time as Sensio’s CEO and as the symfony project leader.

Lorna Jane Mitchell

Lorna Mitchell is a Senior Developer at Ibuildings, currently residing in the UK. Lorna has a masters degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering with experience using PHP, C and other languages in a variety of different business applications. She is a Zend Certified Engineer and the senior member for phpwomen.org in Europe.

Matthew Weier O'Phinney

Maathew is an open source web developer and IT specialist. His expertise lies with LAMP setups: Linux - Apache - MySQL - Perl/PHP(/Python). His primary skills are as a PHP developer. He is a Zend Certified Engineer, and a member of the Zend Education Advisory Board, the group responsible for authoring the Zend Certification Exam. He contributes to a number of PHP projects (core contributor to Zend Framework).
