Achievo is open Source software, and we have two kinds of support. Free support, and paid support. See below to find out the differences and to see what type of support is best for you.
If you want free support, please join the Achievo Forums. A lot of users and developers are subscribed to the list, and they should be able to help you with most common problems you encounter during installation or use.
Please don't mail any of the developers directly. They are very busy people and usually they don't have the time to answer help or feature requests. Most problems you encounter have been encountered before, so the Achievo Forums are the best option for getting answers to your questions.
If you want enhancements or new features, post them to Bugzilla. If a feature is requested a lot, someone might step up and develop it.
This type of support is for companies that don't want to rely on a forum for their help needs. With our paid support options, you can for example make use of our priority email support.
You can also use our support program if you need changes to the program that you can't develop yourself, or that you need urgently.
To keep the Open Source nature of Achievo alive, we have chosen the name 'Achievo Sponsorship Program' for our support services. By participating, you are not only entitled to support, but you can become a sponsor of Achievo's development. Whether you choose to sponsor development, or just use the support service, is up to you.
