If you have a problem, first:
If you can't find a solution there, create an account on the forums, and post your question in the relevant forum. Or you can join us on IRC and ask your question there.
If you need professional support, for example if your company depends heavily on the application you have built, consider a support contract.
If you have to explain your question in code, it's ok to post small code snippets on the forum. For larger chunks of code or complete modules, please create a minimal testcase first.
