Tell where to put module_preload.inc

I had some encodong problems with Achievo 1.4.0. The chraracterset of the pages was iso-xx. I followed this HowTo but it wasn't clear where to put module_preload.inc. I found out that this file can be in *any* module folder under /modules. --Miguel 13:49, 23 October 2009 (CEST)
